This month Geopolar Health Care will look at Women's Health Care. Great strides have been made in the past decade in relation to women's health in a variety of areas.
So, this month, along with me starting to get myself in shape, I will also examine some of the great areas of research and treatments that are evolving in women's health care.
One of the most predominant problems I have had as I have grown older is weight gain. Big Surprise, right?!! But, I know I am not alone and actually I know that this crosses sex lines.
But, for middle-aged women, weight gain can also promote stroke. Take a look at this article from the National Women's Health Resource Center.
