Lost and looking for info

Hi, I am a 45 yr old femle and I have been diagonased with a Sclerotic bone lesion narrowing of the left middle cerebral.  I've had one stroke and one heartattack like symptoms. I have headaches that last for 2-4 days and feels as if my brain is trying to come out of my eyes. My feet and legs burn and are discolored as in broken veins. I have no doctor, no insurance and no medicade.     ( Been denied twice) I also have severe stomach problems as in gaining 30 lbs in 4 months. I need lots of info can anyone help me ?
