I posted a couple weeks ago that my leg was getting better and I still feel that I have more feeling in my foot than I had before that, but my leg and foot, mostly my foot, keeps cramping up lately. And my foot cramps are bad and kinda painful! I've tried walking and stretching but its still cramping up. Advil seems to help though. Can't seem to win!. Hopefully my AFO brace will be in sometime in the next few days. I don't know if it will help with the cramping, but I know it will help keep my foot straight when I walk because it still tends to pull up on the inside of my foot when I walk and that is why I would always misstep.
I have been very down lately. I had therapy yesterday and I asked if its possible for the lexapro to stop working and he asked what dose I was taking and suggested I talk to doc about upping the dosage. I wasn't able to talk to doc directly but I have been told to up the dosage. I wish I could have talked to him though, because I also wanted to talk to him about my Keppra dose. Oh well. They also decided to bring me back in for an appointment in Nov instead of waiting until January so I can talk to him then. I also want to talk to him about the feeling I have in my back on the left side. When he did the nerve test on me months ago I told him that I was having some weird feeling on my left side up my back, but now it feels worse. I sometimes even feel like it is in my neck. It feels like the whole nerve is just tightening up. I don't know what it means and so far it isn't causing any trouble so I am trying not to worry about it.
I still haven't gotten any work prospects, but I am trying not to freak out. I know something will comeup soon, it always does. I just really want to go back to work. But from now on I am going to make sure I save money for just such a situation. I did start saving money at the beginning of the year because I knew I was going on unemployment and wouldn't be getting as much money and I didn't spend all of my income tax refund for the same reason, but I didn't expect to be not working for this long! Problem is that I am going to need to get a new car soon and I still have thousands of dollars due in student loans so I would really like to pay that off and get a car. How do you do all that and still save money? I have a friend who is really good with money I will ask her.
