Left sided numbness and weakness

I recently spent time in hospital when my left side of my body went numb, I had slurred speech and difficulty finding words and have left sided weakness.  I had an MRI scan which was clear and the Dr's don't want to investigate what went on.  I also have Fibromyalgia.  Can you help????
