John Edwards Comments on Bush Veto of Children's Health Care

I have always laughed when Mr. Bush has likened himself to Harry Truman. It might be true that Truman took the bull by the horns, and made decisions that were unpopular with Americans- but Bush is no Truman. A veto for poor children's health care probably won't help much with his approval ratings either.
And, FYI- Harry Truman would have liked to get affordable health care for Americans-he tried and failed.
