It Used to be Called Roughage- Do You Eat Enough of it?

Posted Oct 11 2011 6:59am
One of the best ways I have found to keep a healthy digestive system is to get enough 'roughage'- at least thats what it used to be called.  Today, we are intent on keeping our system moving in a myriad of ways and I finished reading this  article  just recently that discusses all of the many ways we can get 'greens' into our system.

Salads, brocoli, spinach, anything green, fresh, and crunchy will do to add a spring to our step and keep us familiar with the joys of healthy bowels.
