I hit my head pretty badly at the gym about a month ago. Did not black out, but had concussion like symptoms and Dr. confirmed this was a concussion, though a CT was not performed. Have had ongoing headaches, which is to be expected. However, in the past week, my sleep has been weird. I have been very fatigued during the day, even after full night's sleep. I have fallen asleep at work (unintentionally!) and suddenly wake up thinking an hour has passed, but in reality it has been two minutes. Also have similar issues at night--go to sleep VERY heavily and wake up thinking hours have gone by, only to find it has been 20 minutes. Should I be worried and should I have this checked out?
