Insomnia and Depression Linked---AGAIN!

Posted Oct 30 2008 3:24pm

A recent study has been done stating that insomnia and depression may be linked.

Now, this is just common sense, isn't it? I mean, if you can't sleep, you would have more time to think about all your problems which in turn would make you depressed, right? Hmmm! On the other hand, I have heard over the years that sleep disorders are a big sign of depression.

Why do they keep doing studies about the same subjects over and over again. Just think about the cost of all these studies. Think about the sleep that is lost by the researchers when they are coming upon a deadline. Do you think they become anxious or depressed?

Maybe they should do a study!
