I have recently learned that I have a larger than normal pituitary gland. Will having another child ever be possible?

I have noticed over the years my menstrual cycles occur less and less often. I have also read that having an enlarged pituitary gland could eventually stop menstruation completely. I planned on having another child soon. Will this ever be possible?
