i have a brain stem injury and have been under alot of stress not eating right and sleeping like i was rquired by a specialist

i have been having trouble breathing speeaking eating and drinking getting dizzy almost blacking by hitting my head studder if i get over heated everything feels in slow motion cant walk loose balance my legs feel rubbery and go numb i sleep more than i use to memory loss cant function properly loss of concentration have trouble using the bath room a specialist told me if i didnt sleep right eat right and if im under stress it can kill me cause of my injury and i blieve this person cuz i have noticed changes when they are done but where im at its impossible to do so
