Hoping To Get Work

Right now I am cooking lunch, well, microwaving is more like it, and then I am going to Paramount Studios where a TV show that I used to work on is being filmed so that I can beg for work. I am really nervous. Last July it worked well and I got 2 days of work but thats all they had left because they were going on hiatus. When they started back up in October I went back with my new AFO brace hoping for more work and got shot down and got my heart broken and hopes shattered. That is when I decided to file for disability when the unemployment extension didn't go through because if I couldn't get work on that show I wasn't going to get work and it just went downhill from there. Now I have only worked 4 days, 1 union and 3 non union, since those 2 days they gave me back in July so I am hoping they will see how badly I need the work. Plus since I worked so little I no longer qualify for my insurance and will have to cobra and can't afford it so that to is a need to work! Hopefully this will help. They owe me nothing, in fact the guy I am going to talk to is the one who helped get me the job that got me insurance in the first place so if anything I owe him and it sucks that I have to go begging him for work again but I have no choice. Until SAG does something there is just no work out there for me. And yesterday I talked to my insurance co. social worker kinda program to see if I could get help making the covbra payments and they do help with that but you have to have been in the union for three years, which I have, and have worked 400 hours each year, which I did the first two years but because of SAG have not been able to do and if I had I would not be in this situation in the first place! How ridiculous! I just can't seem to win, so I really need to get some work on this show! Wish me luck!!!!!
