have been diagnosed with aneurysm, past week, stumbling, slurred speech, headache, MRA showed 2 blocked veins in brain and high

Im am scared and confused, the 2 'blocked' veins are a concern, blocked with with and what are we going to do?  They want me to watch my cholesterol how?  when I went to ER my lower BP #s were 22...I dont know what day it is, im unsteady on my feet, i feel drunk
