Grnauloma (Brain)

My mom is 72 years old lady with hypertension, diabetus and hyperlipidemia along with osteoperosis. She has been on drugs for treating these conditions for the last 15 years.
3 days back she woke up with terrible headache on the right side of her head and that was mainly focused over her right eye. at evening time she suddenly felt numbness on left hand and leg and accompanied with sudden difficulty in being able to talk. the whole issue lasted for 1 minute.
CT scan done on the same day and the CT findings revealed a small focal calcifies density in the right posterior temporal lobe. the likely differential is a calcified granuloma.
Could you kindly advise :
if the sympotms are related to the findings revealed in the CT scan or are related to some other possibilities i.e. TIA?
is Granuloma is something to worry about?
