Went to the foot doc today and all he said he could do was remove part of the toe nail, like he did before, and then I go back on Monday so he can put some medicine in my toe that will keep that part of the toe nail to keep from growing back! I don't think it will be that bad, I thought he was going to take the whole nail, so its not so bad. Right now it hurts though, so I spent the day doing things that I could sit for. I saw a movie, "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" very funny, really enjoyed it. Then I came home and played Rock Band (drums) for a couple hours. I actually got thru this song that I had never been able to get thru. Its called "Green Grass and High tides" and its almost 10 minutes long and half of that is at a very fast pace, its not difficult, just long and fast so it takes some stamina. I have been boo'd off trying to play like 4 times on medium. I don't even think it was on the solo tour on easy. I've gotten thru most of the songs on Medium and some of the songs on hard. So much fun, my favorite songs are "Maps" by Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs, "Don't Fear The Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult, and "Outside" by Tribe. And I have learned some new rhythms and am learning more, plus I really work up a sweat playing. Why would I want to play the video game when I have my own drum kit? Well, I have to put mute pads on the drum kit so I can't really hear what I am playing and I don't really know that many songs. I feel like I am playing with the game and its fun to learn more songs. I have tried to play some of the new songs on my real drum kit, I'm getting there!
