Getting in Shape - For My Health!

My quest to get back in shape begins anew -NEXT WEEK!

Now, I have found that the best tried and true way to really lose weight and get in shape is to eat well, exercise on a regular basis.

I know that a lot of people think that their best buy is to buy a membership at a gym or join some weight loss club- but believe me -all of that is hooey!

I don't mean to curse- but hooey is the only way to describe those avenues towards great fitness.

I will let you all know what I buy at the market tomorrow and I will also let you know why.
