October 27, 1980, Jack and I bought a lot on one of the Country Club golf course ponds, and I began drawing floor plans for a new house with some special features that would fit all our needs. When Larry B, after making numerous helpful suggestions, finished drawing the complete set of plans, we broke ground in June, 1981 on Jack’s 53 rd birthday, and started building.
