Flexing Your Awareness Muscles

Many of us go to the gym several times a week. Or we practice another form of exercise, perhaps we play tennis or squash, or train to run marathons, or simply take a daily walk. At any rate, as we do this, we are very aware of the fact that whichever exercise we are practicing, it will take some time to develop muscles where perhaps before there were none. We know this. And so we carry on
