I finally decided to get off my ass and do some exercise so i went upstairs and rode my exercise bike for 20 mins. When I finished my head filled with pressure and I felt like I was going to pass out so I laid down on my bed until the pressure went away. Once the pressure stopped I came back downstairs and instantly started getting the visual disturbance I have mentioned in the past. It lasted for 15 minutes. I just hope that doesn't happen next time I decide to exercise or I will never be able to lose weight!
