Make physical activities fun! Take advantage of physical activities you and your friends enjoy doing together. Be adventurous! -This was the fitness tip of the day!

And here I always thought that Sunday was a day of rest.

I exercise because I am trying to return FITNESS to my heart. Honestly, it is not fun!

NOT FUN!

Tread is the bane of my existence, the torture of my soul, the hated tricycle of old.

My friends all feel the same way I do. There, that's my rant for the day. Happy Sunday!
