Eating Raw Food: Cancer Free

Posted May 22 2009 11:55pm

I've long been a proponent of a raw food diet, and although I can't say I'm totally there, I can say that I am on a journey there. The reasons are varied, and have to do with my intuitive sense of what health truly is for my own body, my lifelong interest (thanks to my mother) in eating healthy food in a healthy way, the results I have seen when I have actually gone totally raw (weight loss, deep sleep, incredible energy, both physical, psycho-emotional, and spiritual, and true joy in life).

I recently read about Brenda Cobb who founded and directs the Living Food Institute after having overcome the early stages of breast and cervical cancer without the use of drugs or surgery by following the simple principles of detoxification and nutrition. She also got rid of allergies, acid reflux, indigestion, arthritis, obesity, age or liver spots, and gray hair. Her eyesight even improved! She looks and feels 10 years younger than she did 10 years ago. Brenda now devotes her life to educating others in this wonderful truth.
Click here in order to listen to an audio (30 min) by her describing how she came to cure herself of cancer about nine years ago by switching to a raw food diet.
