And when all else fails, become a couch potatoe, get familiar with your remote control and make a long list of all the fast food places that deliver!

Now, you wouldn't do that, would you?  No, of course not- not if you are reading a blog called " The Green ABC's!  A person who has made it their objective to adopt a green lifestyle will either try to do so in small steps, like changing out light bulbs to CFL' s and perhaps running all their errands on one day.

Or, they might truly make the leap into greendom!  This means going for healthy foods, exercise, and forming community.

When a person begins a regimen of exercise it can help to utilize creatine powder and other supplements for that extra boost we need to stretch ourselves.  Setting goals along the way, such as making sure you make visits to the gym at least four-to-five times a week can be helpful as well.

And, learning about locally owned co-ops where fresh foods are sold is another good step towards green living.
