Eat a Big Fish Over The Holidays!

More and More the ingredient in fish known as Omega-3's is being touted as a big help when facing clinical depression. I have to admit I have had some low times this year -maybe if I had had a few goldfish in my tank I would have brightened up--!!


Tuesday, Dec. 18 (Psych Central) -- Omega 3sResearchers plan to investigate the efficacy of two polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids for treatment of depression. The two fatty acids being studied — docosahexanoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentanoic acid (EPA) — are found naturally in fish oil, flaxseed and walnuts. FISH
