The south side of Fort Wayne has lost some mainstay restaurants in the last year or so. The oldest Casa’s on Fairfield springs to mind. But, now south side residents and those in the Chuck and Birds delivery area can get fresh, organic foods from this new locally- minded bistro! I talked to the owner when Chuck and Birds first opened and he let me in on a few trade secrets. One, being that he is using a model he saw springing up in Indy and is trying to use as many local food outlets as possible. There is really nothing like Chuck and Birds in the Summit City.
