Childhood Obesity! It's time for the Great Outdoors!

My grandsons, daughter and I are soon moving to a new home! It has a great back yard, with a deck, plenty of room for the kids to run, and a hot tub!! WooHOO! My aching knees will be new again.
My grandsons will benefit from being able to be outside! I think two of the biggest reasons that there is a childhood obesity epidemic is because kids don't play outside enough, and there are often too many french fries on their plates.
I am looking forward to the day when my grandsons come running in the door with their soccer trophies in hand. Proud of their accomplishments, and healthy in body and soul!
