You know, I am only human. For the past two months I have been eating and running, and treading, and cycling. I have been eating MOST of the right things.
But, today- was - well- different!
For one thing, I didn't have my grandsons to contend with, which gave me a relaxing day. One where I didn't have to make any food for them- or think about anyone but myself.
So, I decided to go out to eat tonight- and I did - and I had a big HOT FUDGE SUNDAE for dessert.
Yes, I will pay for it. Actually, I already feel sick to my stomach. Yes, I feel a little guilty. And, yes, I slipped up.
But, that's ok- one hot fudge sundae in summer is mandatory. Even, for fatties, like me.
