C'mon! You Don't Have to Drink THAT Much Water!

Well, the truth is out, we don't really have to drink eight glasses of water to stay healthy, lose weight, or stayed hydrated. I don't suppose it hurts to drink that much water.

But, it is not the cure-all as it has been said for so long.
