Buy Warm Up Clothes at Resale Shops – Green In Winter #5

Well, it is 68 in your home, but you are still cold! Moving around helps- so why not dance a little? And, then go to the nearest ( and I do mean nearest) resale shop ( Goodwill, Salvation Army, St. Vincent's, etc) and get gently used sweaters there. There is no need to gear up with all those clothes that might be stylish, but will just cost you more and add to area landfills.
Besides, you are in your own home and are not trying to become a winner in a local beauty contest!
Besides sweaters- there are sweatshirts, winter pants, and other warm up clothes available at local resale shops that will help you not only stay warm but save money in the long run!
Out of the five go green in winter hints I wrote about in this short series, I have to say the one I love the most is sledding. I even did some sledding myself yesterday. Luckily, I am still alive this morning to tell about it. I had quite a bit of trouble getting up out of the snow after a big wipeout!
Take care- look for my next series that will be coming up in the next week and do a lower ab workout or two - maybe it will help on those big sledding days in the future!
