Basal Ganglia

When you have a cyst on your right basal ganglia are suppose to feel pain on the right side of your head all the time along with tingling. Somedays tylenol or my migrain pills dont work and other days it just feels like the right side of my head always has a pain. Somedays my bipolar is worse than ever and I can feel a difference. Its kind of annoying and I dont wanna go to the ER with no insurance and have them tell me to go home.. Can someone help me with what I am feeling please
