Bald and Balder

Posted Jul 19 2010 6:46am
I have never thought that bald men were unattractive.  Now, bald women, that is another story, and of course, a very sexist perspective- but there you have it.  It is sad to see a woman with little or no hair due to it all falling out.
Years ago I worked in an office with a woman who had long, luxurious red hair.  After I left this job, I was told by one of the office gossips that this woman had obtained a nervous condition that was causing her to lose all her hair.  I thought this was very sad for her, because she had been so attractive.  The office gossip informed me she was using wigs and other remedies to cover up her condition, but everyone knew and were making remarks about the big happening in the office.

I was so happy I no longer worked there and really wished this poor girl had shampoo for hair growth or some other remedy close at hand.
