Are there any good memory self-tests on the web?

Posted by Susan R.

An article in The New York Times on December 26 suggests that patients with Alzheimer's disease generally have poor memories from childhood. It would be good to do a baseline assessment and then to check over time how the memory has progressed. Here is a link to the full article. http://www.nytimes.com/2007/12/26/health/26alzheimers.html?ei=5087&em=&en=7126a7f9e04e8c6c&ex=1199250000&pagewanted=all

To help improve memory, you can buy a sudoku or other puzzle book as well as read. Reading helps keep your mind active.
