Originally, I created this blog as a weight loss diary of sorts. A place to record my triumphs and pitfalls and sometimes document my food and exercise routine. As I've ventured down the road of healthy living and learned so much, this blog is now a means of communicating the knowledge that I've come to have about food and wellness to others, and to open up a dialouge to those in need of support, motivation or advice on how to sustain a healthy and happy life.
