what does it mean when your test results for RBC is 8 and MCHC is 32 and Hemoglobin is positive?

I tooks a blood test for a health insurance company and they told me I was denied for the following reasons:

1. MCHC was 32.0 and there ok levels should be between 33.0-37.0

2. My RBC level came in at 8 and they need 0-4

 3. Hemoglobin came back positive

What does all this mean as they would not tell me anything other than they sent me a letter.
