I lift 3 days a week. I want to gain 15 pounds over the next year.
I also plan on being able to run 5 miles in 35 minutes or less by September 20, 2008.
I love the mountains and warm sunny beaches.
I have a great wife and a daughter that is 1.5 yrs old - she is the highlight of our life.

Goals for the marathon relay
By the end of June: be able to run 2.5 miles
By the end of July be able to run 4 miles
By the end of August be able to run 4 miles in 28 minutes
By the end of August be able to run 5 miles
By September 20th be able to run 5 miles in 35 minutes
