Which Shamanic rituals or treatments can cure bipolar disorder, PTSD and/or depression?

I've been reading about the work of Dr. Som é and of the Dagara tribe, and I'd love to get a contemporary update. I have been receiving Western treatment for BP and clinical depression brought on by PTSD.
