My doctor gave me a starterkit with no specific written instructions. It was the 3rd day I took Abilify at night along with my usual 50mg Seroquel at bedtime, but last night I couldn't sleep all night. This is why I wondered if there is a so callled 'recommendation to start'. I take 40 mg Lexapro in Morning & the doctor called this a "self-start" med which is why it's taken in the morning.
