what is the best drug or natural herb for restlessness?

Posted by sawthelight

there is an anxiousness, restless discontent feeling inside.   i was fine until my 30mg of methadone was d/c'd.   had a 7000.00 rapid detox on 9-6-11.    have not had much life since.  surely out of all the drugs and herbs out there, their is something of benefit!!!!!   but, what is it?   i do not feel depressed per say, just as i said bored, restless and not interested in ANYTHING!   anyone have any good results with a drug/herbs.   can not afford over 60.00 a month thanks, mary

I use a variety of essential oils, either just taking 3 deep breaths of them or wearing them to help with feelings like that. One is actually marjoram, I also use lavender daily to stay calm. I've learned about them through my treatments. I found this info you might find interesting:

 Stress Relief
Bergamot, Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon, Orange, Patchouli, Vanilla, Ylang Ylang

Anxiety/Fear
Bergamot, Chamomile (Roman), Cedarwood, Frankincense, Jasmine, Lavender, Neroli, Patchouli, Rose, Sandalwood

Self Esteem
Bergamot, Cypress, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Orange, Rosemary

Sadness/Grief
Bergamot, Chamomile (Roman), Clary Sage, Frankincense, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon, Orange, Rose, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang

Fatigue
Basil, Bergamot, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Ginger, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Lemon, Patchouli, Peppermint, Rosemary, Sandalwood

Agitation
Chamomile (Roman), Lavendar, Mandarin, Sandalwood

Isolation
Chamomile (Roman), Bergamot, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Rose

Memory Boosters
Basil, Cypress, Lemon, Peppermint, Rosemary

Aphrodisiac
Clary Sage, Jasmine, Patchouli, Rose, Sandalwood, Vanilla, Ylang Ylang

I just noticed a link I put in was edited out. That's supposed to read Healing Touch treatments. If you're interested in finding someone in your area the main website is easy to find through Google.
