Okay so not really a starring role. As previously mentioned spousal unit and myself got erm talked into for want of a better word participating in a student film. Filming my part was today, I could see there was a reason I never became an actress, thankfully I had all of one line, we'll ignore the concept of close ups and mid shots, three hours later I'm out of it yay! However, as I'm sitting here typing this out they're still there taping complete with my dead spousal unit and daughter who seems fascinated by the process.
Speaking of the spawn, she participated in the east zone swim meet today and didn't do too shabbily. I'm quite proud of my lil spawnlet, she may not be the most competitive but she certainly has potential. My lil girl awwwww. I'm so proud of my lil family.
Below is some footage of her in the backstroke, to tell the truth I have no idea what she placed although from the film I suspect it was third, so it seems that she came third in both her races, hey I'm just happy she participated.
Gah what a day! Filming already caused me to miss the first showing of Dexter, now I have to wait until 12 to see that episode over again. I love my Dexter, I can't wait till later in the week, its the only show I really look at on a continuous basis. A girl needs her serial killer fix for all to be right in the world.
Oh yeah, I hope everyone exercises their franchise tomorrow and vote. No I can't believe I'm saying that myself but yeah go vote, if there was ever a time to do it its now.
