Oh my aching back!

I have 3 disintegrated discs in my back. Usually they cause me minimal pain, mostly from being, as my grandmother would have said 'well endowed'. This morning I woke up and can barely move from the pain. So I am going back to bed, on the heating pad, and some Tylenol. Hopefully it will clear up shortly.
