exercise is a great way to help balance your moods. i also suggest looking up as much info on the subject to better understand what your dealing with. even though at times it can be hard to deal with and at times you can feel so frustrated and angry for no reason just realize there is a reason, you have a disorder accepting it and knowing what your dealing with helps you cope with it. it makes you who you are and that is a beautiful, unique, individual.
