my doctor changed Lithium at 450mil's 2wice a day to "ABILIFY" w/ Lamictal[all small mil's to start] will I suffer any real side

doctor just changed me from Lithium to Abilify,& Lamictal for manic and Depression,will i feel anything bad when at bedtime i take these new med's?
