Because I read boring stuff many people do not.
Because I have a feeling many people who have been diagnosed with mental illness and who also read here may be on some sort of disability/medicare.
Because I worry about the availability of quality care, medical research and patient privacy.
Sure, there is a lot about our current system that could use improvement…but it’s still the best in the world. Why not tweak a few of the things that suck, instead of overhauling everything and making it worse and more expensive for everyone?
