My friend Moira, who got me into mental health activism, (along with the ex), and introduced me 3 years ago to two wonderful mental health blogs, Furious Seasons, and The Trouble With Spikol, was admitted to the hospital last night.
I don't know what hospital, and her husband doesn't want any phone calls right now, but if anyone out there who knows her and would like to give her a shout out, I know it will cheer her if she has access to a computer in the hospital. She is probably lonely and can use hugs and kind thoughts.
