A recent entry from my journal and a picture I took while “Naturing.”
All my efforts to save myself from certain occurrences, to avoid certain behaviors, and to keep my moods from overtaking me have failed. I have relied on these efforts and I feel that I have nothing left to continue my battle with my reality. My course of action must be to do the next right thing, empty myself of the negativity, and turn my life over to the care and keeping of a sovereign God. I put my effort into living well.
