Here's that lousy space heater that caught on fire. It is an Aries Ceramic Portable Heater. The box does not state the manufacturer's name, only that it was made in China. The 1-800 number on the box belongs to Atico International and from their website it appears that they import products from all over the world and sell them to major retailers, like Walgreen's... where I bought this one. They've sent Fed Ex to pick up the heater, and their Legal Department is supposed to call me. It does not look like this item is on their recall list, when I talk to their Legal Department, I'll ask why.
Yesterday on the way to court, Rob thanked me for coming with him. A thank you from Rob? Unprompted? Weird.
After some pressure from me about his whereabouts the night before, he admitted he is seeing ex-gf. He says they're not dating, just talking. Again I mentioned that ex-gf is a triggger, and her presence in his life says to me that he is unstable. He denied that. He said he always thinks about her, every day, no matter how he feels. I just asked that he be careful. It's been a long time since I would hear him fighting with her on the phone, in person, or fighting with me about her, or threatening to kill himself over her. I hope the situation stays calm, like it is right now.
