Very down, brother drinking last night after months of being sober. Living with his ex. who is crazy [she takes small animals and squeezes them to death, also had unprotected sex with someone who had aides] and is also very abusive to my brother. Counselor says I must break away from him, easier said than done. Exhausted, too much to deal with.
