Blue Cross Begins Pro-Active Bipolar and Behavior Health Plan

When I say pro-active, I mean it. I am not talking about a few additional pieces of literature in the mail. Although, these did come too.

Recently, I have been assigned a case worker.
They have been in contact with my doctor.

They knew when prescriptions were not picked up in time. (Though this information was erroneous, they were still checking in.)

"They are there to help assist me in anyway they can."

Perhaps others have experienced this from HMO's or PPO's. This is my third year with Blue Cross and between the big blue and Kaiser, I have never heard a peep from anyone.
