Bipolar Disorder Still Must Fight the Media Mongrels; Carrie Fisher, Forever Honest

Posted Oct 12 2010 7:08am
In this recent article, Though forgetful, Carrie Fisher is here to put on a show by Chris Hook , Hook writes of Carrie's battles with drugs and life.

He goes on to say how forgetful she is because of her ECT treatment, how she became increasingly eccentric, and kept changing her positions for the photographer.

He doesn't discuss her one woman show, which is why she is there. He doesn't discuss how Carrie is an incredible success in her life. Carrie Fisher is an accomplished writer and actor. Her one woman shows have been around successfully for years.
She is an awesome spokesperson for the fight against Bipolar Disorder.

Most importantly, Hook does not mention that Carrie Fisher's ex-husband, Eddie Fisher, just passed away weeks ago.

Kudos to Carrie for not letting Bipolar Disorder get her down, and stop her from living her life.
