Bio

I am many things. Personally: wife, mother, daughter, friend.  Professionally: writer, speaker, web creator, blogger.  Health wise:  I am diabetic, a migraine sufferer and I AM  BIPOLAR.

None of these things are enough on their own to describe me.  I am not simply one of these things; I am all of them and so much more.  The puzzle of me is a colorful mosaic of thoughts, emotions and life experiences; much too complex to close up into one little descriptive box.

It is my life's mission to Eradicate Shame, Blame and Toxic Niceness regarding Mental Illness.
