Today, BYU Law is hosting a symposium titled "The Future of Rights of Conscience in Health Care: Legal and Ethical Perspectives," to consider rights of conscience in health care. The conference papers (some of which are now posted on the site) explore the current situation and also offer reflections on how this issue ought to be addressed. Conference speakers explore this issue from a variety of perspectives-legal, philosophical, historical, and moral.
