Probation for video voyeurism offender

Albert D. Sebring, 65, was accused of using a video camera to secretly record up five women’s dresses during a Craftoberfest event at Pi, a downtown Ocala bar and eatery, in late September.

In addition to probation, Sebring must perform community service and undergo a psychosexual evaluation and possible treatment. He’s not allowed to possess or consume any alcohol and must undergo random alcohol screens at his own expense.

Sebring is also prohibited from owning or possessing any sexually explicit material, must disclose to his probation officer any pictures or videos he’s taken, and cannot have any contact with the five victims.

Witnesses told Ocala police they had noticed Sebring pointing a camera to record up  Letter U Varsity Jackets Red For Men. Police accosted him and noticed he had a red video camera in his left hand, a police report said.

Sebring handed over the camera to police. Officers looked through the footage and found recorded video of five women. They identified and interviewed the victims at the scene; all of them said Sebring had recorded the footage without their knowledge or approval, the report said.
